The sales associate (Ericka) was very helpful. She was able to find an item I was looking for after I described it from a picture I saw on Pandora's website. Her pleasant attitude and knowledge of the store's merchandise convinced me to pay Pandora's at Bayshore another visit. Soon.

First, when I walked in the store an immediate greeting. Secondly, I was only coming to get a knot out of my bracelet and as I was waiting Hadiya showed much interest in any of my upcoming purchases. She showed me items and even the booklets to be sure I was updated of new product. Lastly, I even ended buying a ring today which wasn’t even in my plan. But that’s what happens when you have good sales and sales person.
