Latisha greeted me when I entered the store and after giving her an idea of what product I was looking for she knew exactly what I wanted. She told me about newer products and sold me a cool cleaning kit for my bracelet and charms. She also help me organize my old and newly purchased charms and shined up my bracelet for me. Wonderful customer service...I found myself shaking her hand in thanks for a wonderful shopping experience. I have shopped at your "Pandora" stores jn St Thomas, Aruba and Bahamas...Curacao and my most pleasant experience was here in Milwaukee at Bayshore mall.

My sales associate Charee C. was amazing and knew her merchandise. She was very patient and listened to my concerns regarding the the length and fit of the bracelet. The store had a nice comfortable setting no pressure to buy and that means a lot to a first time buyer!

When I first walked in the store no one greeted me or acknowledged I was in the store. Rhea R stopped what she was doing as she was the only busy person in the store and helped me. No one else was doing anything and there was only one person in the store. She helped me find my daughter the perfect charm for her birthday and we both couldn’t have been more happy. She was such a delight
