Upon arriving to the store, I was instantly greeted by a store associate and asked if I needed help with anything. She was extremely helpful in helping me determine what size bracelet I needed and then also help to find a particular charm that I have been looking for. The checkout process was quick and easy.

The sales associates were very nice and had no problem helping me at all. The store was nice and clean and there was a welcoming environment.

The store manager Brooke D assisted me with my purchase. She was very friendly, attentive, and even offered to clean my bracelet after I purchased new charms for it. The store was busy but she did not rush me and that made me feel important.

Shamira was highly knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the process. She is definitely one to have on your team. She was also the prettiest pandora employee I’ve ever come across.
