I realized that it was the holiday season, but the whole process of putting name on list, waiting for sales associate then having to wait again to be called to the register to pay was a bit much.

There was a sale the next day and I felt that with all the boycotting around this location, the sales associate could have mentioned it. Now I have to drive back and return the merchandise just to get my 25% off which I could have waited. And this store is out of my way.

They did not have any of the free Bangles that were being offered. They offered no rain checks or substitutions. I spent more than enough in the store that I could have received two of these had I made separate transactions. I found it very irritating considering I drove over an hour to get to my nearest Pandora store specifically for this offer.

Like every store, not all products are available. Of course, this in normal and will just have to shop online for the one the store don't have.

When we walked into the store, my family and I were not greeted. There was a sign in sheet, that was not being utilized. The wait time was way too long. I always have a bad experience with this particular location.
