Need better selection in store.. They had alot in selection but when want to look at a ring in my size they were out of it except for the very small sizes

We came in on my birthday and didn’t have half the rings I wanted in my size (6). I picked out a great ring and it’s truly beautiful just wished the sizes were available!

I had a $10 off coupon & it clearly states on this survey it can be used up to 6 months, they would not accept it saying had to use in 2 months!

I was purchasing a new braclet and I wanted to have the Pandora braclets and charms I have cleaned while I was making the transaction. I was told they don't do that anymore unless you're a preferred customer. ! asked what that was since I have made numerous purchases over the years so I asked what a preferred customer was and they said you had to have a Pandora charge card, which I was never asked if I'd like to open one. Just very disappointed I couldn't get my braclets cleaned.

My survey gift card was issued in October of 2017. I tried to use it in the store but it did not work. I verified the code with management but he was unable to solve the problem and did not attempt to solve the problem other than giving me a number to call.
