The location is awesome and I really enjoy this location. I went for a specific special charm for Alabama and it was not available. I was unable to place an order for it either.

The salesperson was not very knowledgeable. I was trying to purchase a gift for my 8 year old daughter so, I was asking him about sizing on the bracelets and he was annoyed by my questions and he would huff and puff. He was very nice and could be great with training.

Overall, my experience at Pandora was fabulous! The store was very clean, and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products. I bought a bracelet and a ring. It was very enjoyable to shop at my local Pandora store; however, I was a little disappointed that the ring I initially came for was unavailable in my size.

I was satisfied all around but I was disappointed that I spent $277 in the store but they wouldn’t clean my Pandora bracelet and didn’t offer the 2 porcelain Christmas ornaments that I would have gotten had I shopped on line or in a different store.

The wait time was extremely long. Over 35 minutes wait time. The Associate had to be told that I was next. I was completely ignored.
