The sales associate was rude at the presentation of the merchandise and when we attempted to simply adhust for better observation the clerk snatched it back. I understand about shrinkage and theft however when your wife stands 5' it makes viewing more difficult than normal. The associate was very obtuse when we ask questions about what Disney related products you have and our ability to read the charms. She had no social inner skills to make me feel welcome and wanting to continue my shopping experience. I had planned to buy 4 charms and I opted for 1 so that I could exit the store.

There wasn’t that good of a selection. I went in to buy a bracelet and didn’t really see any charms that caught my eye really.

Salesperson wanted to close the store an hour early because the store was crowded after I stood in line for 30 minutes. She refused to tell us her name or the managers name then closed and locked the door. We asked to speak to the manager she told us can't you see she is busy.

Sales representative not helping customers. The wait time to get in the store. Sales person was not helpful to let you know about any special going on in the store. Poor customer service

The manager who assisted me made me feel like I could not afford to purchase certain. She steered me toward the cheaper items, until I specifically told her what I was looking for. I felt she was being a bit racist.

The sales associate was wonderful but the fact Pandora doesn’t offer expedited shipping is unheard of and almost a game changer ESPECIALLY this time of year

I called in the night before regarding a ring I saw online and the rep said she would hold it when I got the it was not there and the rep did not seem concerned at all. I purchased 2 items but could only get one bag. I told her I placed a order online and they put both of my bracelets and charms in one box and I asked could I have another box or some type of holder, and she said no we are separate from the online store.

When u got the store no other customers were in the store. I Only saw 3 associates. Yet I had to stand outside and wait for about 2 minutes. I watched them talk amongst one another and even make eye contact with me a couple of times.
