the charms i wanted they did not have only online or at another larger location. this store location is so small and i felt like had old charms for the bracelets. ill just order offline or go to another location

The wait was terrible. I had to stand in line to be seen about my purchase. I never had that experience at any other pandora store in my area. I was skipped in line & the girl didn’t say anything until I did. So I had to to get with someone that knew very little about the charms I wanted to purchase. Very disappointed

The sales associate were sloppy dressed and not to the usual colors of black, white and pink. One manager was in a sloppy off white sweat shirt with a animal print face covering and black head wrap. The store manager was sloppy attired also. Their cleanliness did not meet standards. I have visited many stores in many states and this one was the worse. Need to clean up appearances of your employees.

Spending the kind of money with Pandora and having to leave store holding boxes in your hand is unacceptable. Not until after purchase told no bags. Haf to return to car before continuing to shop in mall.

You need help in flowing the store better with Covid. You had three associates during Christmas and one person manning the door. The associates were having to sell, ring up, and gift wrap for each customer while your door person stood there. Have more people there helping. It was extremely busy and people are weird waiting in lines these days

Sales person was friendly, but had no knowledge of the metals of which your rings were made. For example, when asked about the "rose gold" was it plated or rose gold? His answer was it was a mixture of the silver and I guess gold. Our purchases were bagged on bags that had creases and wrinkles and the rings placed in cheap boxes. I thought Pandora was an upscale type corporation. Cheap boxes and dented bags, my wife was very displeased. Her conversation with customer service while driving home was uncaring and dismissive. I visited your store and spent over $200.00. When I asked about the free gift if you spend over a certain amount. The clerk said we don’t have any left. Your advertising was until December 12th not until gone. I would have never left my home in a pandemic to get to your store. To me this is false advertising to get people to come out. The clerk never said we are out before you buy anything or even mention it. Make you think it was never no free gift. This is not the first time this has happened.

I ordered a ring through my warranty. I was told ill be notified when it arrived. After attempting several times about my ring. I finally go to the store again to see my ring was out on display. Instead of with the call back orders. What if my ring had gotten sold? After having to wait a month!
