Salesperson did not secure my charm i had purchased 2 weeks earlier and it fell off before I reached the car. If they can put item on good then they should not suggest.

Went for the 50% off sale and the selection was about 20 charms that were mostly Christmas charms. This info should have been informed some kind of way. Especially with us having to wait in line and wait to be called upon. It was really a total waste of time.

Sales associate didn't acknowledge me upon entering store. She was very dry and dull. There was a particular charm that I was interested in but it was unavailable for purchase due to being on display. Charm selection is not what it used to be. Not a bad experience but not great either

Store was poorly lighted. Sales personnel were not friendly. Display cases were dirty. Floors were dirty. Check-out procedures are time consuming-there has to be a better way.

My husband and I spent almost $250 on Disney charms and used his veterans discount. I was then told that I had to choose between getting the discount or receiving the free Disney purse that came with the purchase - I could not have both. I’ve never heard of a policy such as thing from any store I’ve shopped with and was shocked to hear it from one that I’ve spent much money with. I cannot say that I will continue shopping with Pandora because of this. The store was clean and beautiful but I cannot stand with such a henious policy. I was penalized for using my Husband’s service discount which he worked hard and was told that that basically did not matter, I still was not getting all of the items that were apart of my purchase.

Customer service was very dissatisfying. Despite the store being nearly empty, it took 5-10 for an associate to approach/greet me.

I purchased most of my Pandora items on line. The supplier does not give me a shipping date nor does it keep me informed on the delivery of the items.

When I walked in the store, one of the sales person, who was a female behind the cash register, gave me a disgusting look as if I didn't belong in the store. She stared and did not ask if I needed help with anything.
