There was a sign on the entrance door that stated that customers need to be escorted in. Temya and the other sales associates had other customers in the store while I was waiting in line with my two younger sisters. We waited for ten minutes to be allowed in. Once, all the customers left, we waited an additional five minutes before they waved us in. I even peeked in to ask, if we had to wait to be called. The answer was yes. No one came to the door to get us when it was our turn. Instead, my sister let me know that Temya was waving me in through the glass from behind the counter. If I wasn't in desperate need of a gift, I would have not given this location my business. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service that was shown here. There was no apology or an explanation for the delay in service, as we can see there were two (maybe three) women working in the store. I don't know if they were overwhelmed or tired, but communication is key. I wish there was a reason given for their method, because from the outside looking in (literally), it looked like they just didn't feel like working that day.

I visited the store on 4/28 and picked out a new charm but was unable to verify how it would look on my bracelet. I came back the next day and purchased 6 items totaling $235.45. I expected to receive a bracelet free of charge but was informed that it was no longer a promotion. I was furious because we were not told that the previous evening 4/28 and would have left to retrieve the bracelet and returned to the store that evening while the promotion was still active. The time you have to wait ..you can only come in one by one ….They are not nice at all I mean at all I shop online if I buy again.

Only 2 people allowed in the store at a time which left me standing outside waiting for about 40 minutes while 6 other people in front of me shopped. Didn't feel like I had the time or freedom to ask questions or look around. Just asked to see the rose gold charms, picked one and left.

I went into the store after I had called about the free bracelet Pandora always wants to give a way. Like always out of stock cause they been so busy. I think it’s a joke from Pandora to draw customers into the store. I spent over $387, which I was planning on doing, but I have never received my free gift yet. I want visit this store for a while. If you order off line you have to send it back online you can’t take it to your local Pandora store if something wrong with your order. Pandora keep your word when you giving out free gifts. My friend was asking me about it yesterday, I told her don’t go if you thinking about getting a free gift. She ordered offline. Online is out of lot of charms.

The associate wasn’t too friendly. The store was not able ti help me with my return but I’ve never had a problem with any other pandora return. The associate did not seem at all concerned with really making the sale.

Long line. Staff should have informed customers that they were out of certain items, so we wouldn't have to stand in long lines for things not there. Stood in line for 1 hour just for them to not have what I wanted.
