The store was out of bags. The box that my item was place in was torn and looked very cheap. I have purchased from other Pandora and they made the gifts that I purchased look amazing. I am embarrassed to give this gift in the condition the box is in.

If I had known that all Pandora stores are not equal, I would never have purchased anything. I went on a Christmas shopping trip with my family and made it a point to only shop at stores that were also close to home in case of exchanges and refunds. It's a shame I will never buy from your company for a mere $3 and some change. I have to drive 3 hours to get a refund.

Megan in Birmingham,al wrote down the wrong item number and I was charged 100 plus dollars more than I should’ve paid. Then I had to wait in line AGAIN. Just To get it fixed. I will not be back

I purchased 3 items and I was told I could only get 1 bag for all three items that were going to separate places. Christmas is the same day every year and regardless of the pandemic if I'm paying a certain amount I shouldn't have to go buy a gift bag. Also the sales associates were not friendly!

The store did not have the item that I went to purchase in the store. Now I would have to pay shipping and handling to order the item since it was slightly under $75.00. You should be able to order the item in the store if it’s not available and get free shipping and handling.

I received the wrong item from an online order. There was no option on the return by mail to receive the correct item, only to return the wrong item. I did not want to simply return because it was much cheaper than what I actually ordered. 1 hr 52 min. on hold with customer service with no answer. Emailed problem, got reply 6 days later with only a link to same info that I already had. Still no attempt to answer question. Finally received advertisement that stores were opened. Called 1st and employee had to check that an in-store exchange could happen for an online order even though it had been the only option offered to me on return slip. Exchanged at store. They would not clean jewelry even though reopening advertisement said more cleaning was taking place. Tried to make an additional purchase but was out of stock and no offer was made to get it for me, just told we don’t have it

The selection for rose gold charms is extremely limited. It defeats the purpose of paying extra for the bracelet when you can’t find charms to add to it.

Employee very unprofessional. Had to ask her name, to put the items on the bracelets, where sale items were & jus wasn’t helpful/
