We went to the Galleria Mall in Birmingham al. The store would not take a return I purchased online. The sales assistant was not engaging or friendly, would not make eye contact. The store wouldn’t take the online merchandise because the store was independent. We drove an hour to that store to return the merchandise, then we couldn’t even return it. They didn’t have what we wanted there either. The sales assistant did not know what the merchandise was we were looking for, (the women’s empowerment ring).

The sales associate at that store acted like she was afraid to take the charms out the case and touch them.

I went into the store before Christmas to try and exchange a charm and I was told I could not because I did not buy it at that location. Then I went in Saturday (1/27/19) to purchase some charms. They were not able to remove a charm because one of the groves of the bracelet was stuck inside the charm. I asked could they fix it and I was told no they don’t know what to do and they don’t do repairs. She gave me a piece of paper with a number for pandora to call. I don’t understand why they can’t do anything in the store and can’t exchange charms that were bought online from Pandora and I had my receipt.

I bought two charms, two separate gifts yet the sales person refused to give me two Pandora bags to place them in. I told him that the bags made for a better presentation and that they were two separate gifts. He still refused. I couldn’t believe it. Very poor customer service .

Very limited merchandise. Store not accessible. Shopping companion is a disabled veteran and there was no place to sit.

None of the sales associates were friendly at all. They gave us looks like we didn't belong there.

I added on a pair of earrings to my transaction at the checkout. I made it known that I would need an additional bag due to them doin to separate places. I had to return a pair of earrings and repurchase them to get a second bag, which is unacceptable. I’ve previously work for a Fortune 500 company and never would a valued customer need to go through this much hassle for a bag or packaging. I made the statement wouldn’t this drop your upt and the manager Kevin stated yes but it will help our conversion. Never is this acceptable. I don’t own any pandora but I have purchased several pieces from this store. I will let be known that I will never purchase anything else from this location again, if I ever purchase pandora again. I feel that even something as small as an additional bag could have made this visit simple but all the hassle over a bag was very unprofessional and it made me feel as though I was not a valued customer. I will pass the word along to others so that they don’t have to experience this in the future.

The sales associate that I had helping me was not as friendly. Instead of taking charms out for me to look at, he would move the tray to the top row in the case and have me view from the glass. I was looking to purchase a new bracelet with charms, and he suggested "lower price points" even though I had not indicated that I was not willing to pay nor could afford the higher priced items. In addition, the store is being renovated and the counter setup outside of the store was awkwardly positioned and in the way of foot traffic.

The associates were not welcoming and made references to product in terms of pricing as if it was too expensive for us, and that we had little knowledge about products. Main issue, it was assumed that we couldn’t afford certain items, and this demeanor had everything to do with race.

Sales staff was not knowledgeable about what was on sale. They stamped my receipt without telling me about the no return and it being final sale. Not happy since this was a birthday present for my mother. I am unlikely to choose Pandora to make my purchase in the future.
