I purchased 2 separate items for mothers day and I was told that I had to get back in the long line in order to receive another bag otherwise I would have to keep only one bag. This was very unprofessional and a waste of time especially to end up with another bag anyway after waiting in line again. Both store managers are who enforced this absurd idea. I would have even agreed to purchase the bag if it was that serious. I made 2 purchases for both of my mother's therefore I should have had the options for two bags. The sales associates were great but, the leaders you have in place need to take lessons from the sales associates because obviously BOTH ARE PETTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and were laughing at the situation the entire time. This was witnessed by several other customers who voiced their concerns about what they saw as well.

The salesperson seemed annoyed To show me more than a couple of trays of charms. I was looking for friend for Xmas & I don’t believe that she showed me all the charms that were under the counter and she just stood there didn’t suggest anything while I was looking she shouldn’t work there she made me very uncomfortable I almost didn’t buy the charm I bought because of her lack of help and didn’t even say thank you after I pay for my $65 charm. I asked her to put the little gift bag with the charm in it into a larger bag because I was going to continue to shop in the mall and she said she didn’t have any

I was in a bit of a hurry, and I needed to buy the cleaning kit. I had just gotten a ring from Pandora, and it has already tarnished. I was in a hurry trying to buy the cleaning kit and the associate forced me to give her all of my information when I didn't want to. I felt very violated and will never visit this store again.

Earrings are old black stains the pole in bad condition Te ring look old ( I have many Pandora’s rings) The necklace is in a good condition

I was able to purchase a ring as planned, however the customer service experience was horrible. This is the third time I’ve been to this location and did not feel welcomed in the establishment. The sales associates stood around laughing and looking as if there were better things to do other than assist a paying customer. As a person who has over 10 years of customer service experience, excellent customer service is a priority to me! Excellent customer service is making sure your customer’s needs are taken care of, there is resolution to any issue and they have had an experience that makes them want to be a repeat customer. All of the associates in this location on 7/9/21 dropped the ball hard. I will advise my friends and family to visit another store if they are not able to purchase online. I would hope that this feedback would make a difference, although I’m sure it won’t. Thanks for to opportunity to share my experience and have a good day.
