Store associate named Madelynn was very rude and abbrasive. She basically tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about for a particular item I got a few months back in Pandora. I will never return to this Pandora.

Ring was a Christmas present and within two days of wearing it, a few of the stones turned black. Tried to exchange it because I love the style of the ring and was turned away and told they could exchange it due to manufacturers warranty but if it was missing a stone they could exchange it. Not sure I’ll ever purchase another product from Pandora after this service.

Upon entering the store, there were 2 sales associates picking out charms for a personal Pandora bracelet. They did not assist me and instead stood in front of me discussing the charms that they wanted. The manager of the store was rude and unhelpful. After asking for the general manager, I was greeted by a lady whose name was Cynthia and she said she was the general manager. She was rude and unhelpful. She had an attitude from the moment she came from the back of the store. She threatened to call mall security on my husband and I and we were not aggressive or loud at all.

The sales associates were friendly. She treated me as if I couldn’t afford the items I was purchasing abs the items I wanted were out of stock in this store and she never asked if I’d like then preferred at sent to me. She misquoted prices of items. It was a horrible experience. I wished you guys would have left the Summit location open. You have a lot of young people in this location, that no NOTHING about excellent customer service.

I was quoted one price but charged another price. Returned the next day asked to see merchandise of what I purchased and again was quoted same price. Questioned why I was charged a different price was told oh that one is the price you paid. Unacceptable totally

The question was asked about the free gift charm if you purchased a bracelet of $65.00. I purchased a $75.00 bracelet and could not receive the charm. Plus on June 18, 2020 I purchased a bracelet. The manager refused to accommodate me with the free charm. It was a very bad experience for me with pandora. I’m done. I will support businesses that accommodate customers. The sales woman came back and wanted to explain from New York to Birmingham, her reply to me should have only been a yes or no, because she was the second person to ask the manager and I had already listened to the actuality sales person tell me the manager said no. The advertisement didn’t specify what or which bracelet that I purchased.

I placed an online order that a shipping label was created for and never mailed. I was reimbursed by e card in two ecards and I could not get the order to accept the second ecard as a form of payment. Plus I had just received so much runner around until I got tired and drove 35 miles to the store to bring closure to the e card matter. The store had limited items, because of the pandemic according to the sales Person.
