The sales associate was not knowledgeable of the merchandise. She was not helpful and had an attitude the entire time she assisted me. To make matters worse she put the wrong merchandise in the bag and had to return back to the store to switch it. This was a major inconvenience because I don’t live in Alabama.

I spent $500 dollars for 4 different people in the location and according to “Kevin” the store manager, I could not be given one additional bag to present my purchase as a gift. I was only given 2 bags because that is the only way all my items would fit. He would not give me a 3rd bag. I had to spend another 40 dollars to get another bag.

I bought a ring from one of the stores in our nearby mall and not even the next day it starts turning my finger green! I don’t want to pay 65 dollars on something that’s just going to turn my finger green.

Made purchase with cash and was told that should I need to return my item a check would be mailed because the store doesn’t hold large amounts of cash to accommodate refunds. WOW! Really?

I had 2 people that helped me the first kendell was not friendly nor acted like she didnt want to help. Second person helped with the selling but when i asked if your had a credit card he rolled his eyes and said yes. Once i was approved he wanted for me to buy more.

The manager was very rude, was not aware of special promotional opportunities to relate to customers, did not inform customer of return policy before completing transaction. Manager Kevin stamped final sale on back of Disney exclusive purchase receipt after transaction and could not explain why he did so
