I was pretty reluctant to go back into the store because I had had a previous experience that was not so pleasant but because I have never experienced such an unpleasant experience with Pandora I decided to give it a try. Thankfully the sales associate that helped me with this purchase went far and above expectations and I really appreciate it the treatment that she gave me. Void it the way that I previously felt the weekend before. The associate Kelli was unnecessarily rude to me. I tried to understand her having a bad day but I did not understand why she was taking it out on me. Thankfully this visited voids that bad experience.
