I was satisfied with service because the employees was very friendly! The store is very clean and easy to shop in. Also I was having trouble deciding what to get and the ladies was very helpful.

This is the second time I have had to return the same bracelet because of a defect, the problem there was not another one available and it had to be ordered, I would like another item of equal value this one apparently you is not durable.

My experience at Pandora made me highly satisfied because of the customer service. She was so wonderful and informative. Shaleen M. Really made me feel comfortable and she really cared.
