Even though the store was extremely busy everything was handled in a prompt manner. The sales staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. The store was very clean.

Customer service was excellent. As well as quality of the purchase. Store was easy to get around in as well as the cleanliness of the store. Selection was very broad and excellent. Defiantly will shop again!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate Mia knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the products in the store. One of the reasons for coming into the store was because a bracelet I purchased would not close & I also needed to go up a size & she fixed the problem right away. And also stated at check out that the items are handmade so sometimes things can be tricky but it all worked out. And also stated that some things are more in store than online & I will most definitely be coming back

Although the wait to get inside the store was long, once inside the staff was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Sales associate was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Store was very clean and tidy. Products that I wanted were in stock and available. Only downfall to my experience was that I visited the store a few days before Christmas and had to stand in line for an hour. Overall great experience.
