This was my first visit to the store I was very , very , very impressed. Ms. Jackson the clerk was OH so patient. Really enjoyed my visit. I will be back to visit.

Heaven was friendly and patient with me

I went in to return an item that I ordered on line. Heaven informed me of the type of bracelet that the charm would fit on instead of returning the item. The price was good and I really wanted to keep the charm after the store didn't have a butterfly charm to exchange it for.

The associate that helped was amazing. This was my first time buying anything at the Pandora store, and I certainly will be back.

Love there team members are really nice and sweet. Will find you what you are looking for and are fast. Store is really clean. They will make sure you leave satisfied with you purchases.
