Very clean store an great customer service

The customer service was amazing! Ki Johnna T assisted me & she was a pleasure! Knowledgeable, so friendly & really helped me to make decisions regarding the gifts I was purchasing. The other salesperson in the store was also very friendly & kind, as she & I discussed our love for Disney & Pandora Disney charms!

The sales associate was nice and helpful in picking out what I liked.

I choose Highly Satisfied because the ring was perfect. Definitely because it was a great price for the ring . I’ve always wanted Pandora and I finally experienced a Pandora ring.

I when to buy a charm in up brought 9 charms

I walked into the store and was greeted by associates.🙂 The Manager will is very great at paying attention to the customers and their wants. The store was clean,staff was friendly and the overall visit went well.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable and even helped me set up an account.

Sally was AMAZING as always. One charm had been damaged and she recommended replacing it since it was still under warranty. She gave several options for what I was looking for. She even cleaned all of my existing charms before adding the new ones I had purchased. Just a PLEASURE to work with Sally every time I visit this location.

The sales rep. was super professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and helped me with getting the perfect bracelet. She also took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed. She bless very kind and knowledgeable.

The jewelry is gorgeous…. I have started a travel bracelet to remind me of my travels/memories. The staff is great also!
