Shaleen was he associate that assisted me. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all Pandora products. I went in to buy a charm in remembrance of my pug that I had lost two days prior to my visit. I could not have asked for anyone more compassionate or caring. I cannot say “thank you” enough.

I could not be happier with the excellent service we received. I brought my 8-year old to buy a bracelet for her for a special occasion and the staff was so kind, patient and accommodating! This was our first Pandora experience and we will definitely be back!
