Hoover galleria has an amazing looking store and the employees were very friendly and assisted me right away even though I’m a teenager but overall great experience and beautiful merchandise

Mikayla was a wonderful associate! We came in to purchase my mom’s first Pandora bracelet & charms. She was so thrilled for her early Mother’s Day gift! Mikayla made our experience so wonderful and easy with her knowledge and kind, patient, personality. She should be recognized for her outstanding service!

I had no issues visiting this location. The customer service was great. Also, product selection was good.

My sales person, Sally, was a great help. When she was writing up the ticket she advised me that my charm was a higher price which I loved. To me that was like she cared instead of trying to upsell.

I come to the store at least twice out the month and whom ever helps me are always so nice and helpful and help switching my charms around to in hence the charms in better places
