Sales rep was very friendly and helpful in assisting with my purchase and giving advice on care for my Jewkerly.

I was able to walk in after being acknowledged by Dee. He assisted me very quickly while practicing COVID precautions. He also knew the charm I was purchasing had an inscription on the back, very knowledgeable.

I was able to get my correct bracelet size. I also found a charm I liked. And also learned my bracelet size is different from my cuff bracelet size.

Staff was extremely helpful! Great to talk to! When he left the counter to get items, other staff kept me company with great conversations! Plan to make another purchase really soon!
