The merchandise was visible and the customer service was very polite and knowledgeable anout the product. In fact I went back the very next to make another purchase.

The wait was not very long in the store. Majority of the things I asked for were in stock. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about all the products.

They were friendly. The service was very great. It was easy to find things.

I was looking for a charm that would help me keep the memory of purchasing my new home. I found the Up and away balloon with the house attached!!

Kijohnna was very patient and helpful. Made suggestions to personalize my charm bracelet to fit my personality.

My sales person Shaleen M #189941 Was extremely helpful and helping me exchange and return a couple of items. She also help me pick out a bracelet and a charm for my mother and even took the time to put my replacement bracelet back together with all of my charms in the order I wanted. she was extremely friendly and made my experience 1000 times better, so I hope she gets recognized for being the great employee that she was to me because she is a main reason that I will definitely be back to that Pandora store and hope that she is there because that’s how much she left an impression on me!

Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. It was my first purchase from a Pandora and the young lady who assisted me schooled me on all things Pandora she was great! The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that you don't have Greek charms for sorority and fraternity alumni but hopefully you will in the future so i can sparkle my wife's wrist with it all. #AKA
