i really have always enjoyed pandora. everyone i go i either find something rlly nice on sale or something that is rlly worth the full price. i don’t see anything wrong with this store and i love it so much!! i can’t wait to go back and get more jewelry!! love it love it love! customer survive is amazing as well! the workers are extremely patient and kind and just very respectful! i appreciate it a lot!

I ordered a bracelet online, and it was the wrong size. I returned it at a store location with no extra cost or anything problems. I really appreciated not being given the run around.. thank Pandora you mad my Holiday!

The salesperson, Shaleen, was very helpful and knew her products well. We had to wait in line to get in the store due to Covid, but it was well worth it.

Thanks for opening a Galleria location, but please consider an additional location in Birmingham

Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and always very helpful in trying to make sure you are satisfied with what you are looking for. They also have good suggestions if you are not certain what to get.
