The knowledge this store has with their merchandise, they already know what looks good and what works with your design. I have several bracelets and each are totally different from the others....with themes of course...love some Pandora!

My experience this time was great. Sometimes when I have come in the store I have experience so bad attitude at this location so I just started to shop online. So today I decided to walk in and see if they was the same. She was better today. I got what I needed and left.

I always find a joy in visiting pandora. I’ve purchased many things atleast once every 2 months! I’m working on my second charm bracelet after my other was stolen and I’m just excited to build it up !

I specifically came to this survey to give feedback on the sales associate who served me. She was so friendly, patient, and accommodating. She allowed me to look at multiple items, and she answered all of my questions. She made my experience a pleasant one.

Shane was a wonderful sales associate he really made the experience worth while very kind and understanding didn't get frustrated with me when I couldn't make up my mind just encouraged me to make the decision that would make me happy

Customer service is always been great. The staff is very patient and attentive. I never feel rushed or ignored. Would definitely recommend shopping with Pandora.
