I was highly satisfied with Pandora because the staff was friendly. Everyone was educated well on the merchandise. The store was very clean.

The greeter and sales associates were kind and welcoming during my visit. They also made sure my information was updated in the system. I liked how the greeter nicely let customers know about the COVID guidelines and only so many customers were allowed in the store at a time.

The sales associates showed me several pieces that was catered to my budget. She was highly knowledgeable of the piece and her customer service skills we superb.

The sales associate immediately greeted me when I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about the selection of products. I was able to decide what I wanted fairly quickly. The receiver of my gift was very pleased which makes me extremely happy
