I visited the Birmingham location (Galleria Mall) on September 23, 2020. The level of care for safety during this pandemic was outstanding. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of her job and had a very enjoyment attitude for working at Pandora.

I just needed to run in and out for a Birthday gift. The associate was very nice and knowledgeable. She showed me Birthday charms with ease and made my trip quick and easy.

Associate, Madelynn was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to assist me with selecting the best charm for my wife's bracelets.
