Will, the manager at this location was very sweet and very accommodating to me. He went over & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had visited the store before years ago and it was just ok. This time with Will he made me happy with my purchase and offered more. The last rep didn't tell me how to clean my jewelry nor offered me a cloth to purchase. I had no clue they even offered it. I'm grateful for people who go a little extra and make sure their customers are happy. You need more like people like Will.
