The sales rep Cynthia H. was very helpful and showed my girlfriend how to set up her bracelet and charms. Even offered to clean it for her! Very satisfied with the customer service we received today

My online order was ready for pickup. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They actually had one of the charms I had been looking for and I purchased it there in the store. They kindly wrapped the charms since this was a gift for my daughter.

First of all I love Pandora and the Pandora Store inside the Galleria Mall is the Best and every store workers inside the store is always friendly and also smiling and very helpful
