Great customer service and very friendly service. Very neat place. They help me once I came in the door. They help me pick out the perfect item.

I love the Pandora merchandise. The associates in the store are so helpful, friendly and helpful about what I am looking for. The store is convenient and the lighting in the store helps a lot finding items and the brightness shows off the jewelry so I can decide on my choice

The employees were very nice and so helpful. Store was out of stock of the item I came in for but I ended up buying something better. First visit and was informed about store.

My daughter was visiting from out of town and we decided to go to the galleria mall to see what they might have at the Pandora store. We thought it might be a good idea to have matching charms. I also knew that it would be extra special to have an additional charm to send to my other daughter who also has a Pandora bracelet.There were many very good options that we were interested in.When we saw this one charm it jumped out at my daughter and we could not believe how it was identical to a tattoo she had on her back, made in memory of her late father. We were all brought to tears including the associates at the store. It was a very special bonding moment and of course it was an easy selection to get these charms so that me and my two daughters could share in this memory together always. Thank you Pandora
