This was my first visit to the store, Hayden, my sales associate had a GREAT personality. She didn't try t o force me to buy anything. The store was nice and clean. The other associates in the store at the time of my purchase seemed to be just as pleasant as Hayden.

Macie, the sales associate was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and showed many options. I already have my next purchase planned. She was fantastic.

This was my very first visit to Pandora store and the associate was very welcoming. The associate helped me in choosing a anniversary gift for my wife. The associate also answered all my questions about the charm bracelet and the variety of charms. My visit was nice.

MY TRANSACTION WAS EASY AND HANDLED SWIFTLY. THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE SELECTIONS ARE ALWAYS AMAZING.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. They did their absolute best to find the charms I wanted and and even helped with showed display examples on how to set up my bracelet. Very professional group that helped.

The sales associate greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was happy to show me several charms until I decided on my purchase-charm stops for my bracelet. She packaged my purchase beautifully and gave it to me with a smile.
