Everything was nice

I have never visited a Pandora store before, so I did not know what to expect. I was immediately greeted with friendly service the minute I walked through the door, although the associate was currently working with someone else. My associate, Donald, was friendly, patient, and very personable to my indecisive nature. Donald definitely delivered top notch customer service.

Everyone was sweet and friendly and our sales lady was so helpful and knowledgeable about the jewlery.

The wait was a bit long but expected because of the time of year. However, my sales associate was very friendly and prompt.

Shane was an amazing help! He helped me pick the best bracelet that fit my wrist perfectly and was super sweet! Will definitely be coming back because of this Lead!

I visited the galleria location on 11/26/22 around 5 pm. Greeted once I walked the store was neat and clean. I told about the promotion that was going on showed new merchandise. The sales person placed new charm on my old bracelet. And helped me purchase a new bracelet for my daughter. I love the customer service that I received 10 out of 10……
