The bracelet I purchased caught me eye from outside the store. The sales associate was friendly and very accommodating to my needs.

The store manager waited on me and was very pleasant. She also gave me some tips for cleaning my Pandora bracelet that was very helpful. I purchased two charms and a new cleaning cloth. She cleaned my bracelet and reattached the charms in a more aesthetically pleasing design. Very impressed with her and the store.

I visited the store looking for a small but cute gift for my daughters 18th birthday. The associate was very inviting and helpful. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. She was knowledgeable of the merchandise and really listened to what I wss looking for.
