I was there right before Christmas and the store was packed! I was put on a list as soon as I walked in and an associate was with me in no time. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the charms I was looking at. Check-out was also a breeze. I guess I was expecting it to be a hassle due to the crowd, but the associates were friendly and efficient in every way.
