Very fast service, friendly sales people . Easy to work with . They handled everything exceptionally well. Easy to talk too. Even cleaned my pandora bracelet for me I love so much!

the only priblem I had with my expericenc was at checkout didn't understany why I had to wait until my name was called to check out I was ready to check out at the end of my in counter with the sales associate.

Just Satisfied with my purchases. Not overjoyed I have shopped before at the store.

Needed a replacement and the bracelet wasn’t in stock in my size

There were several charms I wanted that were not in stock. 2 bracelets that were not in stock, and the sales associate was rushing me a little bit. I wanted to browse and get ideas, but I didn't feel like I could stay in the store that long with the 1:1 policy in place. Overall, not the luxury experience I expected.
