The atmosphere was not welcoming. The charms I wanted weren’t available or short supply on hand

I am always inquiring about butterfly charms which are never in stock. The availability of certain charms are always out of stock. It was a wait in line outside of the store due to it being a very popular holiday.

The line , nothing was in stock for purchase and no discount given to veterans like online

I felt like there weren’t many bracelet charms to choose from. There wasn’t a variety of styles like I would have hoped. Other than that I had a good experience.

Due to it being Christmas Eve, your stock was very low.
