I wasn’t high satisfied because the associate sometimes had no clue what I was talking about as far as charms. I asked for one that she had no idea and then said they didn’t have it. She didn’t offer to order it or to look online.

I was looking for two gold charms for a friend birthday, the associate was fairly new hire subsequently, she did not know were they were. However she was assisted by another associate to help with sales. Although they were friendly and very nice.

I was given the service I expected. Nothing more or less

The Pandora store did not have several charms that I wanted to purchase. The merchandise was limited.

Over all I had a good experience.

No welcome discount for first time buyers except apply for credit card.

Sales asociate was really helpful and nice, she help me out looking for a graduation present

I waited for about 15 minutes to get assistance. Not enough staff members present. The store is too small and became overcrowded because of everyone coming in having to wait.

The associate was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The associate showed different products for purchase.
