I was very pleased with all the personnel in the store! They were all so sweet and jumped to help when someone walked in. The selection was a bit low but i still found something in my price range that i liked.

Because of my race She was afraid to show merchandis. I had to walkout store to look online Another associate had to come help.

This was my first time coming into a Pandora store and there was a sign outside that said wait to be invited in but there was no one in the store but like two other people so I ignored the sign and walked in but that has deterred me from going in there before.

Purchased online with a discount and when i exchanged item I couldn’t get discount in store on the exchange

One sales associate came asked me did I need service. Told him no not right now just looking. He just watched the whole time while the manger served me

The sales associate just seemed uninterested in assisting me. I felt rushed and as if i was an annoyance/wasting his time. I was in there for only around 10 minutes, I pretty much knew what I was looking for but wanted to see it in person to make my final decision. His whole demeanor just made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. I love pandora and usually have a very pleasant shopping experience in store, but this time it was just a very odd and usual experience.

I had to wait in line even tho I was just picking up. Valentines weekend so the line was longer than usual. I wish I could’ve just paid however they made me stay in line while the other customers shopped making my wait time longer than expected.
