As far as cleanliness and safety goes this store is perfect but the line was quite long and there were only three staff members. It took thirty minutes to get into the store and I felt extremely pressured to make a choice quickly. Next time I will probably shop online rather than in store unless needing to be sized

Every bracelet or Charm I was looking for was out of stock. Some of the ones I was interested in the sales associate said the quality was not good that’s why they were being discontinued.

The employees were helpful with giving me the best options. This is my first time in a Pandora and my experience was better than what I expected.

It appeared the store was still working though order dealing with customers coming and going.

Shaleen was very welcoming and attentive to my needs.she was able to help answer all my questions and made the process very easy.

Service was slow. Not a lot of inventory.

They were out of one specific charm that I needed for 16th birthday gift. I had to come home and order it online and do over night shipping because I needed on Saturday. So I ended up having to spend an extra $18 for shipping.

I would not likely return to this Pandora store within 90 days because I was visiting Birmingham and live in Chicago, IL.
