The charm I was looking for was not available. I was told that I could order it but I might not receive it in the timeframe needed. Was given option of other charms.

I was very happy

The associate who helped me was very nice. The other associate was pretty much unfriendly.

The associate that helped me was wonderful and patient, since I was getting a birthday gift 4 a 6yo girl. But the other associate that came over later was a L stand-offish. She really didn't respond 2 me much when I was talking 2 her. U eventually disengaged and walked away because I felt she was basically ignoring me.

I felt like the representative was initially hesitant to help me. When asking what was on clearance she was a bit blunt with her response. It wasn’t until she knew that I was interested in buying that she became interested in what I had to say. Also my daughter was with me purchasing as well and she seemed was very reluctant to leave items on the counter and turn her head. I could see another associate watching us from afar. I guess the thought we were going to steal because of our skin color and not spend over $400 that day. I wasn’t even planning to visit but it’s what my daughter wanted.

Because of the pandemic there wasn't much to pick from.

No greeting product not in stock and sales rep kept on telling me I couldn’t return the charm multiple times as If I was unsure about my purchase

The sign displayed in the window indicated that there was a 50% off sale on merchandise; there was only about 10 charms and 2 or 3 bracelets on sale compared to online. Very disappointed that the selection was so minute.

Purchased some earrings and they didn’t have the proper boxes to put them in. I thought that was very tacky to push my earrings done in a ring box.

They had limited charms, I wish they had more of a variety but then again because of situation right now I’m happy they were open at all! I’ll just have to do my shopping Online, which is fine
