Pandora Jewelry

My sales associate was friendly and helpful but there was a trainee there who watched my best friend and I as If we didn't belong in the store. It was very obvious and very disappointing.

Had to wait too long to get in the store.

I love pandora the workers are so nice.

Few questions about pandora me and essence collection unanswered. No music playing. Not sure if some items was in stock.

The item I was looking for was not available.

I asked to see more friendship charms and the selection was only two other charms.

The associate did not do anything out of the ordinary. He did not go above and beyond to make a sale.

I was given a merchandise credit from the Huntsville al location and I tried to use it toward my purchase and the sales associate couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t allow her to. She said there was nothing she could do, which I understand store was very busy, but I drove an hour and a half to make my purchase and counted on using my merchandise credit to do so.

Just the overall wait. I understand it was the holiday crowd but I waited longer than expected. Also the store is a little small.

It took a while to finally get served. Also I didn’t like the wait from the picking to purchase and during that time I’d like to see the jewelry being wrapped and placed into bag.
