The wait time to be waited on and then had to wait to purchase my item was to long. Alot of wait time. I knew what I wanted and where it was located.

The salesperson made me feel rushed - I wanted to be able to pick up charms and look at them close up but she didn’t let me hold any and didn’t pull trays out but left them under glass . I would have bought a second charm however I got uncomfortable with her

Highly satisfied indicates perfection and nothing in this world is perfect. There is no Pandora store where I live because the line has been pulled from small retailers. I come to this store almost every time I am in Birmingham and make a purchase. The current salesmen were very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Therefore, I was satisfied with my visit.

Inventory was low - only had one item in stock and it wasn’t the size i needed, however, i purchased it anyway and fortunately it fit. I was told that all sales are final and didn’t really question it because i was in a hurry but don’t understand why this is the case. Is Pandora closing down soon?

I was quickly assisted. Sales person was patient. Friendly store.

Selection was not as good as I'd like to gave seen. The sales associates were not the friendliest. They weren't rude, just not very friendly.

The wait was extremely long. Only one sales associate.
