Overall I was pretty satisfied. However the store didn’t have the bangle and the 30 charm that I really wanted. Sawsen was still very nice and helpful with find other things.

The service was good just not excellent the bangle I received once I got it home look a little tornis.

I was highly unsatisfied because I made a Pandora online purchase and I was unable to return or exhange the item in the store. This does not reflect negatively in any .way on Macie, my sales person, she was awesome. This is something that I will be sure to point out when I'm 'giving referrals to the Pandora store.

I selected HIGHLY LIKELY on both. I will return and will recommend others in the next 90days.

I feel like the store was over crabbiness. kind of small for this location. But the customer service was awesome

$65 for one charm is ridiculous.

Spent over $300 and did not receive the free heart earrings that were advertised. Our visit was right in between the days for the promotion but they were apparently already out.

The store was out of one of the items I was looking for and did not know when the item would be available.

If and when my items need to be clean, I feel comfortable and confident that they will do that in a great time .

I wanted to start with a baseball charm and it has been discontinued. Options are much slimmer than when I looked a few years ago on pretty slides, I needed to have bought in New York when I found the round baseball charm but I thought I could come to Birmingham .., I bought the bracelet but am bummed over the selections
