Keke is the definition of perfect customer service. As soon as we entered the store, she greeted us with a big smile! She made our experience, one of a kind. As a loyal card member holder, I enjoy going to the Pandora store to find new charms. Keke took the time to show us all the new products that were implemented such as diamonds, charms and bracelets. The cherry on top once walking us through the promotions & not having interest rate for 6 months - my little sister wanted a butterfly charm & Keke ensure to show us all the butterfly options - super sweet! Thank you Keke & Aldoni for all you do - we appreciate you, we can’t wait for all the new charms coming out so you guys can assist us.
