First of all my lady that serve me was so nice and helpful. I feel like she really want to help me and get me what I needed. All the workers had great customer service and wasn’t just trying to get a sell but actually explained to me what I was getting.

Love their selection of exclusive charms and their ability to ship from store. Staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.

Jenna Carucci, the manager of the store was just simply incredible. If I owned a business I want her as an employee. She went above and beyond to help me and my sister. I don’t know who hired her but they need a metal!

Aviva was our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about the charms and products carried in the store. Also very polite and personable. When describing the charms I was looking for she knew exactly what I was referring to. Outside of the one charm I was looking for I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted after that but had an idea of the style and color I was looking for. Aviva offered some great suggestions. I was impressed with her ability to find and navigate through the many charms the store carries quickly. This location had a great selection.
