We were in Ft. Lauderdale on vacation from Buffalo, NY. The store was perfect. The staff were smiling and happy to help my boyfriend and I. We chose a beautiful martini charm for the first visit and two days later we came and purchased the starter set and palm tree charm. They're amazing. Thank you.

Knowledgeable employees and fast service. They sold products, but were not overly pushy which I detest. I have never had a bad experience with Pandora

I originally went in for a “K” charm but ended up buying more charms and another bracelet. Carly was AMAZING with her service and assisting me and my mother in law. Unfortunately I live in Tallahassee but id definitely come back to see her.
