My sales associate alynn was patient and her knowledge of the products was so helpful she was able to answer any questions I asked and she was kind I would drive the hour to have her as my sales person

The sales associates was very helpful. I won’t be returning because I live outside the country and Covid makes it difficult to travel.

I was attended to right away. No one else was in the store. The sales woman had worn Pandora for maybe 8 or 9 years. She taught me new tricks about cleaning my 10 year old Pandora bracelet. She also told me NOT to wear my bracelets in the shower, pool or ocean, which I never knew!!! (I live in S. Florida & go to the beach all the time.) I have your full cleaning kit. She also was very patient about me taking time to select just the right charm for my 2nd bracelet, which i just bought in Dec.2020. She put my two choices on my bangle VERY quickly and with ease so I could see how each one looked. SHe was overall very knowledgeable, professional and nice.

My experience was great and thanks to Mrs. Alynn M for being patient and I love her customer service. And she help my daughter as well picking a charm. Thanks 😊

I was immediately greeted at the door everyone big friendly smiles. Then a blonde haired woman walks over and was just so pleasant. She guided me along every step of the way! I was sooo satisfied with everything I ended up spending more than I should lol. I think her name was Carly but anyway she is great at what she does!!! HIGHLY recommend her!
