Customer service was excellent. The Pandora at Sawgrass they are horrible. I will never go to Sawgrass ever again. When I went to Gallery Mall the service was a 10. I don’t want to visit no other store than Gallery.

The sales associate who helped me was very polite. She knew exactly how to help me. I was kind of bored shopping for a girlfriend and she helped me choose 2 new items. She’s great. I wish I remembered her name. Would def stop back in if I was walking by and she was working. Great personality.

This store in Galleria mall is always clean & beautiful. The staff is always nice & helpful. I enjoy looking at all the displays.
