I was looking for a specific charm which I described to the associate. She knew exactly which one I was looking for. I also was not sure of my ring size and wanted to purchase a ring and that was easy and I found a ring fairly quickly.

Aside from exchanging a birthday gift ring that was too small, I also purchased hoop earrings and jewelry cleaner, the sales associate Jenna was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable...I was the only shopper in the store, but still received instant acknowledgement and help with my purchase
